The golden era of Tango began in 1930 and lasted about 25 years. In part three of this video series, we talk about how Tango saw the rise of its first superstars, and how it was everywhere in the media. The dance and the music began to separate from each other, but there was still plenty of Tango for everyone. It took Tango about 100 years to reach the heights and the glory, but in 1955 tango hit a major roadblock, before its renaissance a few decades later.
