Profile
On Friday night, head over to Caldera del Diablo for hours of salsa dancing.
🌟 Lots of salsa dancing in the touristy area of Cali, Colombia!
🕺 Date & Time: Fridays, 8 pm to 3 am.
🏢 Venue: Caldera del Diablo
💃 Dance the Night Away: Get ready to hit the dance floor around 8:30 PM. Around 9 pm it can get quite crowded and will stay that way until about 1 am.
🕺💃 All Levels, single dancers and groups welcome: Expect a diverse crowd of 50-150 dancers with varying levels of experience. Mostly this venue will play salsa caleña, but also occasionally some cuban style salsa and the dancers are mostly locals dancing Cali style, but also foreign salsa afficionados. Here, you can just ask people to dance and it is very welcoming, even though many go there in small groups. Occasionally, there are also two boys dancing together – so that is safe as well. Most dancers will speak Spanish, but many will be able to speak English. Have fun here with pure salsa dancing (sorry, to the bachateros)! 💫🎶🎉
